page, they're actually downloading data. Read

resources. I've seen estimates that the average
user needs anywhere from 50 to 150 MB a month
for their website traffic. Web hosts may charge
you extra if you go over the transfer limit.

CGI Bin
Many hosts will provide you
with some standard CGI scripts for things such
as counters, forms, and passwords. Check with
your prospective host to see what types of "standard"
free scripts they offer for your use.
